Insurance: In network with Providence
Due to changes in medicaid funding and policy, I can no longer accept Care Oregon/Health Share OHP after Oct 1st 2025. I am in the process of paneling with several other insurances and will update this website with more information when available.

Self-Pay: $225 for 60 minute session
Sliding scale towards the upper end of fee is available to all who cannot reasonably afford this.

Significantly reduced-fee sliding scale spots are limited. Reach out for more information - it never hurts to ask.

Notices
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for your healthcare services. This estimate will be provided to you, in writing, before your scheduled appointment. It outlines the anticipated costs associated with your treatment, based on the information we have at the time of scheduling. If your final bill exceeds the estimated amount, you have the right to dispute the bill. You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time for any scheduled or requested healthcare items or services.
